Crestview Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation has served the residents of North
Central West Virginia for over 22 years. In addition to quality long-term
nursing services, Crestview Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation offers short-term
rehabilitation services (e.g. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech
Therapy) enabling those individuals injured as the result of a fall, strike
or other medical condition(s) to regain their strength and motor skills returning
to an independent life.
